Together with Mrs. Brinkley our librarian, we researched all about diamondback rattlesnakes. We spent an entire week in the library, used 7 sources to find notefacts and organized all the data we found.
Then I called each child and they had to use the notefacts to create somplete sentences that I wrote as they dictated them to me. Then each student wrote their sentences on large chart paper.
Next they had to illustrate their own page.

Then we put it all back together into a great big book!
